White Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe as requested by Hayley Morgan xxx 200g Bourbon Biscuits 2oz-3oz Butter 400g Philadelphia –must be full fat cream cheese 175g White Chocolate – can be cheap! 60ml Double Cream Strawberries to decorate 1. Finely chop bourbons using the Food Chopper. 2. Melt butter in the Large Micro Cooker. 3. Mix bourbons in with the butter in the large micro cooker. 4. Pour biscuit mixture into the bottom of the Spring Form Pan set with glass base insert OR Tart/Quiche Pan. 5. Place the chocolate pieces and the cream in the small micro cooker. 6. Microwave for 1 minute then stir 7. Pour white chocolate mixture into the Classic Batter Bowl with Philadelphia and mix using Stainless Steel Whisk. 8. Spoon mixture onto the biscuit base using the Small Mix N Scrape. 9. Hull strawberries using the Corer. 10. Grate 4 pieces of white chocolate onto the top of the cheesecake using the Deluxe Cheese Grater. 11. Slice strawberries using the Egg Slicer Plus and decorate cheesecake with slices. 12. Refrigerate for at least half an hour, then enjoy!!
