The people who were poisoned along with their land, gardens and pets should be able to sue now and in the future(birth defects,cancer,lung disease, etc.) The laws need to be changed in favor of the victims. So very sorry corporations are protected under the law when they poison people and pets and kill everyones food gardens. If it was a person they would go to jail for terrorism under the Patriot Act, but Corporations ARE NOT people are they? American judicial system protects those with money and sends poor people to jail to support the Prison Industrial Complex and supply slave labor to fight fires and pick fruit for $1/hour. Slave Wages based on a Slave System called prison.
