Who ELSE used a 3rd party for CHECKS and BALANCES on power. 1. Our Government 2. NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, PTA, etc 3. Big Banking 4. Wall Street Every single major institution in America has checks and balances or it implodes. Every one of them has been through the same thing-- From Standard Oil to Enron -- Or they implode. See: Our Current LE Organizations. No checks and no balances = no Accountability. WHY is the Justice System w/o a 3rd Branch for Checks and Balances? LEO are in Such fear for their lives that if you MOVE at all-- that scares them for their life and BOOM, youre dead. DONT MOVE -- Whatever you do - DONT MOVE. What a Fn joke. Its time for a 3rd party -- The AAO -- The AAO Prosecutors a. Handle all serious injury/Death cases (ALL involving LEO) b. Receive Citations from AAO Officers who cite LEO c. Review previous cases where citizens can provide evidence (first given to AAO Officer) AAO Officers a. Street Teams actively film police b Can physically stop LEO from killing/hurting people c. Review ALL LE Lapel Cameras d. Non-Lethal Detainment team (you call the AAO for your crazy Family member) e. Cite LEO who have complaints filed - AAO Prosecutor will decide if LEO is charged/grand jury and/or indictment. AAO Officers or Prosecutors do not have a legal right to charge a citizen with a crime- we have LE for that. Its time -- Its way past time. We desperately need to add Checks and Balances.
