Who To Blame ….. Another #woe the White House facing at midnight US time today when the new 2014 #fiscal_year begun , the US facing a partial #shutdown of the #government as the #congress failed to reach an settlement for the budget so far. The #Republicans trying to set the blame over #democrats as they don’t want to amend Obama #Health_care program , while democratic trying to blame Republicans as they knew that senate won’t accept such proposal to prevent shut down Such shut down may send over 800,000 workers home starting from tomorrow , while such shutdown may affect growth by 1.4 point at 4th Quarter . The question is , will the congress allow such shutdown to happen ?? It’s not like that US facing such shutdown for the first time , where US faced around 17 shutdown in the past , while this shutdown will be the first in 17 years The problem now is that US under effect of unprecedented Quantitative easing program , will this time shutdown ,if occurred , affect the US growth badly ? Such timing may hurt the US economy and may set new course for new recession. Off course we still remember the last fiscal cliff at the end of the last year and how both parties solve it after the deadline , is this time would be the same ? Faraway from speculating such solution, market afraid from such shutdown where we seeing the US equity heading for drop movement while market jumped to safe haven like Gold
