Who benefits from the fighting of who rides what Body/ Flowboards. Carbon, WCB, Premier, Cartel. Does it really matter? Ash, Mak, Jaan, Wavelock, Outlaw, Flowrider Flowboards. Does it really make a difference which board you ride or do you just feel comfortable on one more than the other. I have found that people create lines and walls between friends and families only to make themselves feel better about their choices. I hope everyone supports the Sport of Flow! I have recently heard rumors that someone, are telling people again if you do not ride a Specific Factory Product in Europe you will not be able to compete on the Tour next year 2015. I feel this would push our sport backwards years! I know my Flow brothers and sisters in Asia and Europe would be blown away. Sham Jamal, and Ridhwan EvilBotak Salleh any many more have worked hard to help spreading the Flow Love. This was not said about Ash Flowboards but a company in Europe Jaan. I thought the Flow Tours were formed to create buzz for the venue/ wave and to grow the sport? New companies are creating more buzz and also bringing more money to the venues and comps. If the Status Quo wants Flow Athletes to succeed then, I believe they would have a real approval process for certification of All boards, transparent to the public, that does not include taking a percent of their hard earned profits. Better yet appoint non affiliated riders on a certification board to make that decisions based on facts and insurance. So I ask the question no one wants to ask. How do Ash, Mak, Jaan, and other future companies grow this sport if the sport is certified and controlled by the same company who they consider you competition? Ash has tried and has met all conditions asked over the last 2-3 years. Safety concerns and liabilities come to mind. Does Ash have Product Liability Insurance? Answer: YES! I will not speak for Carbon, WBC, Cartel, Jaan,nor Mak or any other. Maybe they also meet certain levels of insurance and construction quality. What are the standards to be met? Who is creating this standards? Why does it need to be only one certified product? If it is a better product for you great I like their products, if not another company should be allowed to give an alternative product. Ash Flowboards specifically is only producing custom Pro Rider graphics. The reason is to help financially support them and pay it forward unique Athletes that prove themselves. Brad Spencer, Enrique David Barreto TK and Chuck Wright. Ash think it is important to compensate these Athletes for their success. It will help them support themselves as the travel to compete. I see this as a direct impact on their lives and their ability to compete. You like what they are doing, who they are teaching or the tricks they are creating? That takes flow time and money to focus on the sport. We are ready to Grow the Sport for all Athletes of Flow! I believe we can all agree if there is a need for Athletes to be positive about the future. How do you support Flow? This is a Positive Post trying to allow you all to understand what I personally see. I could be wrong as I have been before. I am hoping this will create awareness! Do not take it any other way!
