Who can relate? There are times when it seems like circumstances and the clock conspire against me. Want to talk to someone? Sure, plenty of time, but they are unavailable, through no fault of their own. Then suddenly, just before they have a window to reach out to me, some ridiculousness demands my full attention... and once the ridiculousness is done, the contact window has closed. Its no-ones fault, just one of those little universal imperfections that make me say Harumph. And maybe pout a little.
