Who do you have in your corner that can help you complete your shift? Both my wife and I have a valuable friend that not only is our massage therapist but also married us and is an extraordinary energy reader. I give you this background because today, she helped me get back into the present. Over 3 months ago I began experiencing tremendous growth in my business. I thought I was doing well by being ahead of what I thought were ordinary expansion issues. Early February, I was in a horrible car accident. Even though I needed time to recover, my business continued and still is continuing to expand. I kept thinking I dont have enough time to get all the things I need to do, done. Fast forward to today. At the onset of my session, I wasnt aware of how consumed I was with at least 5 things that were either, happening, happened or are coming up soon. It was strongly suggested that I take (at least) 10 minutes, 2-3 times a day and focus on me, here and now. I remember her saying, Be in the moment! Did I need that accident to get me to focus on the present? I think the answer quite possibly is YES!. The last 3-4 weeks have been very busy and as I said, I didnt think that there was enough time to get everything done. In fact, this column has gone with nothing done on several occasions. I couldnt find the time. Remember, you do have guiding spirit(s) behind you at all times. Let them do their work.
