Who ever keeps dumping dogs on 1255 should know that I have seen some dead in the ditch and a lot are extremely malnourished and its sad and sickening and its been going on for a while. Im tired of seeing it all the time it ruins my day. If you cannot take care of your dog (if its one person doing this) pls just dont get any.
