Who has been following.this story of shooting officers from the police flying squad in Ndeeba by the so called Muhairwe alleging to be a dealer in boat engines? What puzzled me are.the statements from.the ugandan police spokes person Fred Enanga and the.statement from the head of flying squad operation unit..They are all giving different statements regarding the incident....what.does.this imply? How can two officers from the same institution give different statements towards the same issue? Fred Enanga did the.same.blunder on the kirumira case with uncoordinted statements...may be he needs to undergo more communication trainings to be a better PRO for a government organ. contradicting statements confuse the public.
