There was corruption going on all over the place and Mr. Bellmon, just like Frank Keating and Mary Fallin, turn and hide. In the 80s, mid 80s, is when the corruption began to explode around here and the beating and jailing of citizens started taking place. I know. I was there. I seen it. I was a victim of it.
