Who has people that are about to be deactivated with Younique? I know when I go through my down line in my back office and I see people highlighted in pink it means that they are in danger of getting turned off!! We dont want that and neither do you!! I also see a lot of people just sitting at $0. My question is why arent you white yet?? What are you doing that isnt working and what can you do differently to grow your business? Today, I want everyone to go to their back office and go through their company. If you have someone who is highlighted in pink and in danger of getting deactivated or someone who has $0 in sales, I want you to connect with them. Start asking why and what you can do to help. Maybe life just got in the way and they need someone to talk to, maybe they have a different struggle or need some fresh ideas. Maybe the holidays got them bogged down and they need a fresh start! I want you to START tho, within your OWN business. Before you even talk to those teammates, go right now and relaunch your business. Host a party on FB, order some mascaras for cash and carry, book an expo... You CANNOT tell your team to go do something if you yourself are NOT doing it... LEADERS LEAD BY EXAMPLE!!! I try to have my PRS completed by the first week of the month so that when I am telling them to do something, its bc Ive already done it. We need to PRACTICE what we PREACH in order to create leadership skills. Dont tell your team to have parties if you yourself arent having parties. Dont tell them to book expos if you arent booking expos. Dont have them create goals if YOU arent DREAMING TOO! Now go on, and DREAM BIG! The sky is the LIMIT and you have your hands on something LIFE CHANGING! ❤️❤️❤️
