Who here can explain to me why someone being "overqualified" for a position is BAD for the business? I understand why say the CEO of Bank of America would make a bad dishwasher. but it seems if you can get a REALLY highly skilled, experienced person to work at the intern rate who will easily be at LEAST 2x more productive and valuable that that is a great deal. we always hired them and they ALWAYS rocked.
