Who is Joey Mayi and Legzz? Two Brooklyn born artists who would probably kill you if you were foolish enough to label them as simply being rappers. The two headed monster is comprised of a couple of blood brothers who have been sharing the Mic for little over a decade. Joey is the older brother bringing to the table a more experienced knowledge of the streets and a more passionate almost angry rap style. He places emphasis on relatability and pain as is evident in most songs.He is a talented writer in a number of genres and has a bug for visual arts. Joey can do it all in a business where doing it all is strongly encouraged. Legzz is the younger brother born with a chip on his shoulder the size of the world we live in. Diagnosed with cerebral palsy at age 2 doctors deemed it nearly impossible that he would even walk or talk let alone become a musician. He raps like he has something to prove utilizing intricate wordplay and clever schemes. Legzz has the desire to be the best because being normal has been out of question since birth. In short Joey Mayi and Legzz are the future.
