Who is having a hard time feeling their back? Try this.... Using the same techniques taught in MI40, but add in a 4 second ISOMETRIC in the FULLY shortened position. So tempo goes from 4-0-1-0 .......to 4-0-1-4. (Hold at the bottom, or closest to your chest for a 4 count). Place the focus on driving from the elbows and squeezing your lats. This is something the Real Deal Chris Cormier made me do last week for what I thought at the time was punishment for being late. lol. But now Im hooked. Try it for all exercises on back day this week.
