Who is in?? I am hosting another 21 Day Fix Fitness Accountability/Challenge Group that starts on Monday 11/17! YES I know this runs into Thanksgiving BUT it would be the BEST feeling to jump start BEFORE a New Years Resolution! I also have one starting right AFTER thanksgiving, Dec 1st! That gives you 21 days to hit it hard right before Christmas! How would you feel to see you family and friends on Christmas Day, up to 15 lbs lighter? This challenge incorporates healthy eating using color coded containers to help with proper portions and macros of each food group! No point counting, fake food or calorie counting!
