Who is in need to get back on track tomorrow?? Hit like if you agree lol Here are a few quick tips to help you 1. Schedule your workout for this week or at least tomorrow right now. 2. Plan your meals & snacks for the next few days 3. Get your workout done in the morning if possible to get it out of the way. 4. Watch/read something motivating on tv, fb, or YouTube. I like to go to someones fb page who really motivates me also n read their posts. Otherwise I watch a BeachBody informercial lol those are on tv to inspire ppl to start a new routine and thats exactly what I need. BOOM! Lets do this guys
