Who is ready for a brand new week?? Lets spend some time putting together some goals for you all to reach this week! My goals include: 1) Hitting my macros spot on 2) Including more veggies and less Pepsi Max 🙊 3) Giving my training sessions the time and passion they deserve 4) Stretch every night before bed 5) Post more videos and recipes to this page! Im just under 15 weeks till Nationals and 19 weeks till Canada so I have to take advantage of every minute I have to do my sponsors Body Ripped Sports Nutrition and AthleticIQ proud 👊❤️
