Who killed Chivalry..? Women.. Or Men..? Im sorry ladies but I would have to say that WERE guilty, weve stabbed, shot, strangled.. Just straight MURDERED Chivalry in cold blood. I say this because most of us lack discretion, self respect, self love, we constantly degrade ourselves and one another and most importantly.. Most do not have God in their life.. I mean sincerely have him there, NOT just when its convenient, like when youre broke, or a man has done you wrong. Men really have no reasons to work for the love or the attention of a woman. Especially, since the women present day women are so competitive and insecure. Chivalry will never make a come back, Ladies.. Until we stop settling, and revive it. Know your self worth, and STOP waiting on a man to validate it. Stop allowing men and other women to tear down and shred your confidence. AND PLEASE, PLEASE. PLEASE, STOP giving men the power to set the price of your self worth for you. If you dont know your worth then he will more than likely take advantage of that and leave you broken. Chivalry has no way or reason to exist in our present day and/or our future because honestly, very few women are setting the bar.. Or their standards for that matter, very high. And if the women today lack, self respect, self confidence, and self love then it can only be assumed that they lack the ability to teach their children any different, and so, sadly.. The chances of Chivalry being Resurrected, are pretty much slim to none. Until women learn to uplift and respect one another a man will NEVER see reason to do so. Why work hard for the a womans attention, walk her to the door on the first date but not try to barge your way into her home so that you can hit on the first night, open doors for her, be respectful, compliment her and acknowledge all of the trouble she more than likely went through to get her make up, hair and outfit just right, just for you, keep his eyes attention on her and her alone..? When he knows that there is a woman out there willing to settle for less than a simple like on her facebook photo.
