Who likes to get up in the morning and workout @430? I know I dont WANT to but I HAVE to, if I want to see changes and have results. Many times we tell ourselves we dont have time for ourselves we dont have time, but its because we put everyone else before ourselves. I was given a task to monitor my activity for three days. I was amazed to see how much time I wasted on things that didnt benefit me. Early morning workouts are ideal to me because there is no one in the house to interrupt my focus. I challenge you to track your activity for one day. Be to totally honest. What did you find out about yourself? Do you have more time than you think?
