Who loves working Legs? Anyone? Well yes the workouts are BRUTAL! but you think if you build strong legs youre building a strong foundation. Stronger thighs, calves, and glutes. Everyone wants a booty right?! Okay maybe just me then!! :) One of my favorite/not so favorite workouts to work legs is Bulgarian Squats! Ahhh killer! but you know what its fun to see the accomplishments you can make the more you try each time. I enjoy home workouts because Im a super busy guy, I work a 9-5 job which I have to be there by 8 a.m. I have a Pug Puppy, almost six month old, and commute about an hour to my job and back every day so if I want some family time working out at home works for me (y) I make this video to show you a workout you can do too! This is just a shortened version but start out with a light weight and do 15 on each leg. Take about a 15-20 second break. Grab another weight thats slightly heavier and do 12 reps. On the last rep do a set of 8s on each leg. Before you know it Quadzilla will be making an appearance! Hope you enjoyed my #WIGGLEWIGGLEWIGGLE. Working out can be fun!
