Who made the government the middleman? We pay tax, they have a resposibility to provide the public with goods and services... What they do than is to outsource their duties and responsibility for the people, to the private sector. Is it due to an absence of skills and expertise to deliver, or just accountability evation? Nevertheless, this is a tactic that benefits people who do absolutely nothing for the people, and want the glory when private sector delivers as per agreement.
