Who needs $100? Rather than donate to an organization, this year my husband Myles and I are inspired to surprise somebody with an anonymous $100 in the mail. Who do you know that $100 would make a big difference in their life, and why? Comment with your nominations (FIRST NAMES ONLY PLEASE, TO RESPECT PRIVACY). We’ll pick one person by midnight on Monday night and connect with you for details on where to send the nice crisp bill. We did this a couple years ago and it’s time to resurrect the tradition. Here’s what I love about it… We all know the Law of Attraction is great stuff, but the real magic happens when you activate what my new friend Melissa Jaffe calls the “Law of Circulation.” Rather than focusing our thoughts and desires to attract something to us, we can insert something physical into the world to stir up the energy and instantly put our intention into in motion. In this case, the intention is magic and money. It’s a two-way flow… giving to the Universe instead of just asking to receive. Ask not what the Universe can do for you, but what you can do for the Universe! I believe JFK said that, right? ;) (And, for the record, I’m not at all knocking receiving… receiving and giving are simply two sides of the same coin). This is just a different spin on the manifestation game. Instead of intentionally attracting something to us, we can intentionally send something out. And someone out there who is focused on attracting it can be the receiver of it! Personally I get nerdy excited about the idea of playing a part in someone else’s manifestation. I’m circulating this money into the world and YOU get to play part in the magic of routing it to the right person, and that person is the ultimate wizard manifesting it. Fun for the whole family.
