Who says vegan diets are boring or make you feel deprived? Tonights nutrient dense feast will be a luscious shepherds pie - tempeh replaces ground beef, and it will feature fresh onion, carrots, garlic, frozen peas, and a savory mushroom gravy, tucked under a blanket of mixed mashed russet potatoes and garnet yams. With some very garlicky oven roasted cauliflower and broccoli on the side, there may not be room for dessert :)
