Who says you need free weights and various equipment to get a worthwhile endorphin fix ? All you need for this 10 minute total body workout is a sturdy dining room chair. Heres what to do: 5 Squats 5 Push ups 5 Step ups (per leg, touch opposite knee to elbow) 5 Tri-dips Then repeat the circuit doing reps of 10, then 15, then 20...have a 2 minute rest and start back at the top working your way back down...So do reps of 20, then 15, 10, and 5. In my video demo Im doing reps of 3, purely so you can get a good idea of correct form. Try completing this routine at least three times this week. Xox
