Who wants in on the 8 week challenge!!!!!!!!!!!!!! with me???? I already have a few clients that are joining me and my team...here are the details below... Ultimate Body Challenge What is it? It is an 8 week challenge that will totally transform your body, inside and out in 8 weeks. You will learn about healthy “clean” foods, build lean muscle and kick old cravings/habits. What do I need? The “Ultimate Package” is recommended, but we realize that it doesn’t fit eveyone’s budget. The Fitpack is your next best choice, as it contains your shake, greens, fat fighters, Ultimate Body Applicators (4 wraps) and large bottle of defining gel. Then you need to add on our “it’s vital” multivitamin. The package above will get you through your first four weeks. It is unlikely that you will need to order the same package for the second four weeks, as you should not run out of fat fighters and may not need to re-order the defining gel. What do I eat? You will do one meal replacement with our shake (trust me, they’re good)! Then you will want to follow recipes provided by our Fit Coach, Carla Burns. She created meals to work with our supplements to help shed weight and aid in building lean muscle mass. There are recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner (including different ways to have your shake if you want to mix it up). You will also be provided a private Facebook group that will help lead you through your everyday snack questions. Do I need to workout? For best results, of course! We have a Fitworks site that provides a 28 minute workout video (don’t worry, it includes breaks and stretching). It is recommended to do this full body workout 3x a week, and if you can, get some cardio in on your “off days”. This workout is made for all age types, and you can up the challenge by adding heavier weight if you need to. Is there a support group? Yes! This could be one of the reasons I have seen so many people be successful on this program, our other challengers won’t let you quit on yourself!
