Who wants to Mud Run?! REI St. Louis and MuckFest MS are teaming up to get you good and dirty for a great cause! The National Multiple Sclerosis Society will be here on May 6th to tell people about Muckfest MS, their annual mud and obstacle run. After our FREE Refresh Your Run class ends at 7:45, well be hearing from NMSS about all the good work that your feet and laughter can do to help cure a disease which affects many people, maybe even someone you know.
