Who wants to play HGTV with me? My wife and I own a four bedroom colonial with a 5th bedroom off of a really nicely finished basement. We are talking about remodeling the laundry room because its small and outdated. Heres the question. What do you like better? A laundry on the first floor off the kitchen where you can do laundry while hanging in the kitchen/family room area or is it better to have a second floor laundry room at the sacrifice of a small fourth bedroom thats not being currently used as a bedroom by anyone?
