First the Federal Government says they cant sue the Security Exchange Commission for failing to do their jobs and now the Federal Court says the victims cant sue the Banks who covered for Madoffs fraud and scam for years. Who can the victims sue for restitution? None of these agencies with their highly paid officials and lawyers who failed to do their jobs has to accept responsibility.
