Whoa!!! GRAY IS NOT THE GUILTY ONE HERE!! DONT PUNISH THE DOG FOR THE OWNERS NEGLECT!!!!! Gray got the lousy picture treatment too. Will he get a new picture to help him in this very dire situation? Owner should be charged with NEGLECT. Not socialized with other animals, got little training, LOCKED IN HIS CRATE FOR MOST OF THE DAY. This is CRUELTY also. Look at his eyes, he probably is stress panting too. We need the right person to quiet down this dog, make him feel safe, give him sanctuary where he isnt locked up all day. Good with kids in the family. Now they will kill him if a foster or adopter isnt willing to take a chance. He is New Hope rescue only which could be a good thing. They can evaluate and determine the best course of action.
