Whoa! Just saw a documentary that rocked my world: Cowspiracy. Dumb title but brilliant film that clearly reveals the absolutely devastating environmental impact large-scale factory farming has on our planet. Think fracking wastes water? (and it DOES!) A single hamburger requires 660 gallons of water to produce! to grow the grain to feed the cow which drinks a ton daily. Watch this clip at your own risk, cause you might just wanna watch the whole doc, then you might just wanna give up on meat consumption and change your whole life, especially if like me you consider yourself an environmentalist. Gonna research the health benefits better next but in terms of the health of the planet, it seems quite clear.
