Whoa what a fabulous day. Cant wait to see my Private Rock Fitness Camp at 530pm. I went into beastmode today. After the gym I went to Yoganics yoga studio for some yin perfect combination after my crazy workout. Here we have 5 pullups 5 leg raises to the bar 5 windshield wipers 10 60lbs single leg lift,knee to chest 10 60lbs single leg hip raisers 10 chest to bar with legs straight 40 lbs walking lunges Repeat 3 to 5 times Modified for beginners : Hang as long as you can on pull up bar 10 knee raises can do one at a time 10 knees bent windshield wipers 15 single leg hip raisers no weight 15 single leg lift knee to chest no weight 10 chest to bar with bent knees Walking lunges no weight Repeat 3 to 5 times At the end I had to see how I could planche was happy to be able to get my feet off the ground. Now to bring them up and my chest too!
