Whoever decided and approved the recent regularization of workers from Maximum Solutions had done a great disservice to our company. WHY? 1. The companys rules and process of evaluations and selection were deliberately set aside for unknown reasons thereby discriminating the deserving ones. 2. There was no clear explanation provided to officers/leaders who had made their recommendations for the deserving ones but unfortunately did not make it to the shortlist of the approving body. Totally disgusting, according to several process leaders and supervisors. 3. Clearly, there is discrimination to several workers who have been in the company for more than one year, and to others who have passed the qualifying exam for regularization. Such act was not only against the law but also a blatant violation of the existing company policies. Worst, several of those who were awarded with permanent status in the company were just awaiting their endo papers when got selected. 4. This latest not-so-well-contemplated act of the officers from the top management invites another labor case against our company from discriminated workers. Persons from top management who were behind this latest act of irregularity should resign. Invoking companys prerogative in this case, sorry, is not in accordance with the law. Discrimination is clear! Sabi nga ng isang na-regular: SWERTE NABUNOT AKO SA TAMBIYOLO!
