Whoever invented this is a genius! Here is a portable crock-pot warmer device. Its especially great for those of you without break rooms to eat in during the day, because in 2013, no one gets a break anymore... It actually just re-warms your food. It costs just under $20 and this way you dont have to microwave your food. (Unfortunately, your workplace may be grinchy because it uses electricity.) Supposedly, by rewarming your food slowly, its more flavorful than going in the microwave and you can avoid lines for the microwave. One of the reviewers said her son plugs it into the transformer of his car because he works outside. The base can stay at your workplace, and the removable food container is dishwasher safe. I was wondering if the cooking smell would actually be awesome during the day or would it make you hungry? Well, according to many of the reviewers, there is no smell until you take the lid off. Score!
