Whoever steals a bike tourists bike and gear has to be pretty mean. Im surprised it happened in Mt Vernon, Ive been there, left my bike unlocked outside possibly my favorite American cafe without a care. The mayor even gave us his card so we could camp on a football pitch to present to the Police should they try to evict us. Hope the guys get their bikes and stuff back. Im sad to see the town tainted too.
