The NSW men, a 63-year-old from Kings Langley and a 57-year-old from Alexandria, were observed travelling north on the Hume Highway. Both men tested positive for cannabis and were released pending further enquiries. First time offenders receive a penalty notice resulting in three months loss of licence and a $443 fine.
