Whoever thinks Homabay County is lacking in capable leaders to replace Kajwang as senator should be declared enemies of Homabay counties... If they feel its that important then I think they can start by resigning their seats... Its despotic indeed.... Now I know Raila has no foot soldiers to help him mount a final bid in 2017... I expect Raila to swiftly deny this NONSENSE unless he is the one who sent them to test waters.................. We need public rebuttal of this INSULT TO OUR PEOPLE::::::::::::::::: Uchayo wa kabisa, its worse that our leaders are in the frontline in this.......
