Whole Wheat Pizza Dough 1 cup warm water 2 packages yeast (active dry yeast) 1 teaspoon raw sugar 2 teaspoon kosher salt 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (I used King Arthur organic whole-wheat flour) Drop the yeast, and sugar into the 1-cup of warm water, let it go to work for a few minutes. It should foam up a little bit. Stir the salt and olive oil into the yeast mixture. Pour the flour and yeast mixture into a food processor with a dough blade or into a mixer with a dough hook and turn on the machine, sprinkle in more flour if needed. Place dough in to lightly greased bowl, let rise on the counter for 1hr. When rolling out dough, roll to 1/4in thick. Place sheet pan sprayed with cooking oil. Place desired toppings, and bake at 425° 8-10 minutes.
