Wholefood lunch that covers greens, colours, fruits, beans, grains, fungus, union & garlic, spices & herbs. 1) Millet and tri-Quinoa mushroom rice 2) Stream plain cruciferous family-bocolli & cauliflower 3) Fresh Peppermint sour sweet Salsa - sweetened by pineapple. Well, the Jalapeno pepper not tat spicy though. i should put extra cayenne pepper. I love pineapple 😜 it goes well with sour spicy Salsa 4) Free range eggs with green beans family 5) Lady fingers and dun knw what what finger, light fried with sambal 6) Steam multi legumes 7) Purple anti-aging salad with creamy nuts paste. This one really unexpected yum yummm...
