Wholly PBWF eating is relatively new to me. Its been a gradual 1.5 year journey from reducing meat consumption, to pescatarian then vegetarian. I have only eliminated animal products in the past couple of months. I am finding that I have an increased appetite for fats/oils and sodium (never been to big on either). Is this a phase that passes as my tastes change and are there good substitutes for these cravings?
