Whoo-hoo...We made our own non-toxic deodorant today...It has been on our to do list for a long time so today was the day!! It really was quite easy...We saved and took apart our old store bought deodorant containers...Cleaned and dried them thoroughly so that there were no traces of the old toxic stuff at all...Then in a bowl we placed 12 TBSP Coconut Oil, 12 TBSP, Baking Soda, 12 TBSP Corn Starch and 20 Drops of Lemon Essential Oil...Mixed them all up until blended/smooth...Finally we filled up (packed) all our old containers and placed them in the refrigerator...These smell great, feel like the real deal and should last my girls and I about 6 months...So happy to be making progress in our all natural/healthy life style changes :D
