Whooo hoo hoo hoo, whoo hoo hoo hoo, today is the best day of my life, whoo hoo hoo ... you know the song. Well, thats what was playing on my radio when I left the bank having transferred funds immediately after leaving the title companys office, having signed all documents so that Bears Den is now SOLELY OWNED BY ME! 10 years in the making .... 5 in the courts, 5 more because somebody (not me) hadnt filed his taxes and now, IT IS OVER!! Last night, paid off the Infernal Revenue Service for 2013, today, I paid off the infernal ... oh never mind, my ex partner/boyfriend/guy who loves to have women pay for everything. Sent out lots of work today, a couple of boarders whod been here 3 weeks + left and of course, I received a nice check, went to the P.O. where another check was waiting, went to bank #1, went to the title office and then, over the bank #2. Havent done a bit of work yet, but its been a VERY WONDERFUL EXCELLENT DAY!! And here it is, only 2:30 in the afternoon! Still time to do some work! A few more boarders are leaving tonight!! Whats left? My annual kennel inspection and then, any contact with officialdom is done for another year!! A possible breeding with Diego while he was here, another one coming up with Panzer -- alls really, really GOOD. So, Im really grateful, appreciative and thankful that, after nearly 18 years of living here, it is finally MINE ALL MINE! Im really grateful, appreciative and thankful for some great dogs, the best, most excellent helpers on the planet, lots of work, lots of happy boarders, just a really happy place in my life!!
