Whos ready to try something new in 2015 ? Are you game for a laugh and looking to gain confidence , meet new friends and GET FIT ! Try our new 1 DAY INTENSIVE - BODY CONFIDENCE BURLESQUE course. This course is suitable for the absolute beginner and is for all ages, shapes and sizes . We have ladies from 21 to 59 at present so all are welcome, ( min 18 yrs) You will learn a little of the history of Burlesque , also Glove Removals , Stocking Removals , Burlesque walks , Bumps and Grinds , as well as a full Burlesque routine . At the end of the day you can perform the routine for your classmates on the stage, (optional but lots of fun) in the graduation ceremony . Trophies, and certificates will be given out too to finish the day off nicely . Shed your inhibitions, learn to love your wobbly/ skinny bits, and walk tall with head held high ... be the goddess that lurks inside ;-) The course will held on Sunday 11th January at the Whitworth Centre Darley Dale ,(Pictured) , perfectly placed in the centre of the Peaks and close to Chesterfield and Matlock too . The course starts at 10am until 3pm ( or 4pm if needed due to mixed abilities) . The cost for this 1 day intensive course will be £60 per person, it covers all subjects covered in the 5 week beginners course.
