Whose not got around to booking their Christmas parties yet? We still have availability Saturday 6th, Friday 12th, Saturday 20th and Christmas Eve for large bookings, as well as various lunch and evening sittings through the week. Remember, bookings of 20 people or more the organiser eats free! I only have 2 tables left for our New Years Eve Formal Supper & Afterparty. Book now to secure a table for the full night! Christmas and New Year menus are available online, but ill post one here because im a nice guy. 2 Courses £13.95 3 Courses £15.95 To Start Tomato and Tuscan Bean Soup A thick wintery soup, served with warm homemade bread. Ham Hock Terrine Ham hock boiled in water with vegetables, herbs and spices. Served with homemade piccalilli and toasted ciabatta. Red Onion and Goats Cheese Tart A lovingly prepared shortcrust tart filled with caramelised red onion and goats cheese. Served with a dressed side salad. Suitable for vegetarians. Traditional Prawn Cocktail The classic Christmas starter. Fresh Juicy prawns in a Marie Rose sauce, served on a bed of salad, with homemade bread. To Follow Roast Turkey With All The Trimmings Succulent turkey with cranberry sauce, vegetables, new potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and pigs in blankets. Seasonal Seafood Pie Traditioanl British fish pie topped with cheesy mash and vegetables. Beetroot Risotto Cooked with white wine and topped with parmesan cheese. Served with a dressed side salad. Confit Duck Leg Parmesan crust, served on a tomato and bean cassoulet. To Finish Christmas Pudding A traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce. Chocolate Tart A sensational chocolate and raspberry tart, served with Brymors vanilla ice cream. Mulled Wine Poached Pears Served in a mix of walnuts, with Brymors Cinnamon ice cream. New Years Eve 3 Courses £20.95 with a glass of champagne on arrival. To Start Curried Butternut Squash Soup A thick hearty soup served with warm homemade bread. Crispy Hens Egg and Black Pudding Simply egg in breadcrumbs and black pudding, served with slow cooked onions and a sweet mustard sauce. Seared Mackerel and Pickled Vegetables A moreish mackerel fillet, served with pickled vegetables and crunchy rye toast. Mushroom and Tarragon Paté Our homemade Christmas paté. Low fat and delicious, served with a dressed salad, and crusty ciabatta bread. Suitable for vegetarians. To Follow Classic Beef Wellington Prime beef fillet wrapped in puff pastry. Served with dauphinoise potatoes and a red wine jus. Crispy Skin Chicken Breast and Orzo Pasta Tender chicken breast with a crispy skin. Served with mushrooms, spinach and a short-cut pasta. Pan-Fried Hake Fillet With Sautéed Potatoes, parsnip puree, asparagus and a poached egg. Roasted Vegetable Tarte Tatin Carrots, red onions and parsnip in a shortcut pastry, served with dauphinoise potatoes and a mulled berry jus. Suitable for vegetarians.
