The president of the Jamestown Foundation, Glen Howard, served as the executive director of the American Committee for Peace in Chechnya. (FUNNY thats right where the Boston Bomber Brothers are from!!!) Before joining Jamestown, Howard had worked as an analyst at SAIC, one of the largest Private Contractors Serving the CIA and Pentagon. Howard also bills himself as a consultant to Big Oil majors operating in the Caspian Sea region (FUNNY again right in Chechen regine!!! Just a coincidence Im sure!!!)
