Why Does the West Hate Russia So Much? This article while trying to be critical of unabashed scorn for all things Russian and judicious in tone, nonetheless totally misses the point as to why the Powers That Be in the West so thoroughly and viscerally hate Russia. For the uninitiated this piece offers some insights into how the West has viewed Russia ever since the advent of modern capitalism and the spread of Anglo-American Imperialism. While useful in that regard it still accepts some of the basic premises of that false narrative. What it leaves unsaid, is that the real reason that the West, aka the Anglophone world, hates and despises Russia, be it the Czarist, Soviet, or current incarnation, is that Eurasia, that part of the eastern hemispheric supercontinent that spans both Europe and Asia, aka Russia, unites East and West. It thus poses a fundamental alternative to Kiplings nostrum that East is East and West is West and never the twain shall meet. Today as never before in the past Russia is the fulcrum between China and Europe, the conveyor belt that can unite the world against Anglo-American Imperialism and its running dogs in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
