Why ECG will continue to take ME for granted: --- yesterday I had unplanned power outage from 05.55hrs till 18.32hrs GMT --- I called the ECG hot line (030 261 1611) with the intention of drawing their attention to the mistake. ECG failed to pick up my calls. --- this evening at exactly 18 02hrs ECG again took my power, no, actually ECG took its power - I want to believe, as part of its planned power outage schedule. Again I called ECG, six good times, no responses whatsoever from their end, apart from a useless foreign caller tune meant to hypnotise me into submission, I guess! So the question: are all my numerous friends with legal credentials willing to help me sue ECG for 1. breaking an agreement they had with me as a consumer? 2. taking my money in advance without providing me with the service for which I paid them to provide and at a time they promised to provide the said service?
