Why I dont celebrate Easter The Apostles and the believers that came to believe in Yeshua as the promised Messiah never celebrated Easter. They kept the Passover and celebrated the Feast of Unleavened Bread. This was the norm until late 2nd Century (about 150 years after the ascension), when Rome began to force Easter on all believers. I will rather obey the Word of Yahweh than follow the dictate of Rome.
