Why I like the Binary Compensation Plan Network Marketing - TopicsExpress

Why I like the Binary Compensation Plan Network Marketing offers numerous ways to offer leverage to the associate who joins a Network Marketing / Direct Sales Business. The Binary Plan is one of many different plans. I like it for many reasons. It can be a very simple plan to understand and explain. When builders collaborate and create a strong team, in my opinion the leverage is difficult to beat. Side note: When electing to join a network marketing company, do your research. Be certain the products/services are something you believe in. Youd recommend them to people even if you did not participate in the compensation plan. Do some research on the company. I plan to write other articles about these topics as well. I am confident in the coming months and years we will be hearing more about the problems of conventional corporate employment. But, I am confident we will hear even MORE about the rise of entrpreneurship, and specifically independent distributors partnering with companies that distribute their products through Network Marketing distribution models. Whats to like about Binary Plans? I cannot speak for every companys compensation plan, but these are some powerful features from some of the best Simple - 2 Teams - 1 left and 1 right period. Leverage - An individual is paid on all volume in both their business centers below them. This volume can be generated by the individuals personally enrolled, their personally enrolled team, or even their downline who is not a part of an individuals personally enrolled team at all. Balance - I like plans that are of the 1/3 - 2/3 variety. In this plan, a compensation event occurs when a certain amount of volume is available from each business center. In this 1/3 - 2/3 variety, one of the business centers can be twice as strong as the weaker business volume and the experience is still optimized. Questions to ask about Binary Plans. Does your plan allow holdover volume? Does your plan allow for compensation to unlimited depths? It is fiscally responsible for companies to prevent runaway legs. If your company allows holdover volume, What are the policies for maximum holdover volume? There is likely a policy for the business center to max out. Does your company allow for a re-entry position? Is the re-entry position placed above or below your current business center? Does your current business center behave as One leg of the new business center? Attached is a hypothetical image of a Binary Plan in Action. I believe this image represents some of the more powerful implimentations of the model. There is so much to love about this business! I welcome feedback and comments about the Network Marketing Profession. Thank you Nick!
