Why I thermomix- because even leftovers can be awesome! After sending some of the bread from last nights bread session (see previous post) home with my customers there was still lots of leftovers. Tonights dinner was using some of it (after a totally bread free lunch!) pizza, hollowed out rolls filled with savory mince (leftover from a few nights ago) & cheese, tortillas with sautéed mushrooms, Swiss cheese & rocket- all cooked or warned on our new BBQ. Even dessert was leftovers- I froze a punnet of strawberries that had gone past their best a few days ago, we tuned them into a beautiful strawberry dream tonight. The whole tea took about 12 minutes :) Well use the bagels & seed bread in the morning for breaky and that should be all the bread gone & nothing wasted- by the 3rd day if anything is left I usually blitz it for a few seconds then freeze as breadcrumbs
