Why Is Uncle Tony so health oriented and conscious?,......As a care giver to an ailing and dying Father,.....The pain that came from watching this Kind man whom I dearly loved and respected,...Be in Denial about his situation , even after they gave him 6 months to live, 2 weeks before his death, he finally broke down and cried,....he wanted to see his Grand Children grow up,...Part of me died as I cried that day,...He lived in a toxic environment, he was himself a caregiver,...because of his care, she outlived him, he gave his all,...he was giving from a dry well, Congestive Heart Failure, Type 2 Diabetic, succumbed to Colon Cancer. Unhappiness, led to excessive drinking, which caused an unhealthy diet, Which made him sluggish and weighted down, which led to the recliner. I emulated him at the time, I was depressed which led to excessive drinking, which led to Bad eating habits, which weighed me down, which led to the couch,...My blood pressure was out of control, I was Hypertensive,....If he had lived maybe 3 weeks longer, I probably would have had a Heart attack and died before him, I was in Denial. I am here , by Gods Grace, to share my story, I am Grateful and thankful for this chance to make it right, I am here to light the way. I am but a humble Servant, he guides me, he told me to share, he told me to care, he tells me to speak up, and so I do. Seek an environment which you enjoy, seek out the people you enjoy, do things you enjoy, enjoy thing you do, enjoy those you seek, enjoy your environment,...Save Energy( Money), pay off your debts, get out in nature, Drink Lots of clean water, eat less, get outside and breath clean air, feel the sunshine on your skin, let your heart guide you, trust it, listen to your body, pay attention to It,..It knows what to do. Simplify or He will do it for You through loss, loss, not a Pretty word, but a Teacher of All Teachers.
